I always make cakes for people, but as it was our dog’s Birthday, I decided to make a cake for her. This cake was made of whole grain rice, minced chicken, spinach, carrots, eggs. For the cream I used round grain rice and cottage cheese. I thought our dogs will not like it, but I was surprised they loved it. We even gave some to our neighbours dogs and they loved it too. I was already asked for the recipe. As we have many dogs they can look forward to more cakes coming :-)
