This cake got to be our MOST challenging and nerve wrecking cake that went out from our bakery till date ! A standing Minnie Mouse at 3 FEET TALL ( 36 inches ), a FULLY EDIBLE cake right from Minnie’s ear till the gift box she’’s holding !!!! So many techniques and labour went in to this cake. Right from our Managing Director, Executive Pastry Chef and his team of chefs, Cake Artist, Architect, carpenter, housekeeping staffs !!! Every contributed to the success of this Gravity Defying cake that went for Lil Shanaya’s 2nd Birthday Bash !!
