Hanging Cake
This is my very first hanging cake made as a wedding present for a very close friend.
It is 3 tiers of Red Velvet with white choc ganache and mocha coloured fondant, decorated with pink, peach and ivory roses and sweet pea.
The stand was purpose built for the cake.
