Wedding cake and Cupcakes for a friend,top layer is coconut cream cake and the bottom is a vanilla bean cake.Dark chocolate ganached under fondant. I had originally used white chocolate ganache (and a lot of it ) to cover both cakes but after several times of refrigeration it still did not set.I had a mini heart attack and then decided to strip it all off and use the dark chocolate ganache.This was the first time my white chocolate ganache didn’t turn out.Thank God I was able to save the cakes,they turned out pretty good.Hope you like it!
