This enchanted forest themed cake was made for two very special girls for their Quinceanera (Sweet 15). Their only request was butterflies and branches connecting the cakes. All nine tiers are frosted with turquoise buttercream. Modeling chocolate ‘bark and branches’ creep up the sides. Fondant flowers and leaves give a touch of color while edible butterflies made from wafer paper add the final touches.
