Purple Ruffles and Straight Sparp Edges Fondant Finish Butter Cream Under Coat

I am pretty happy with these edges. Butter cream under fondant. What a relief. I cannot use ganache where I live and I really like the look of ganached cakes. Purple and white ruffles. If you like the look you can see how I did it on my facebook page.
