My final assessment cake for bakery college. My original ideas and stretches were not entirely to this design but due to gravity and proportion, that was not to be. Anyway I know I can do a lot better but it was a huge learning curve and a lesson learnt that not all things are achievable especially through cakes. Fortunately all these cakes were dummies or I think I’d of cried with frustration. At least I passed and onto level 3 next year. Onwards and upwards hey xx
