I love to write about this cake, as it was a bit of an adventure for me.

I planned the cake with the groom-to-be, who lived in the Dalles, and his bride-to-be who lived in London, England at the time! Very exciting to me! It was really so much fun! The bride and groom were married in an old stone church that had been built in 1857, and the bride arrived by horse and carriage! How more romantic can it be?

Anyway, the cake!! It was three different flavors: lemon with lemon cream filling, almond poppyseed with rich white chocolate cream filling and strawberry champagne with white chocolate strawberry cream filling. Yummy!!
