This cake was made for a new graduate of the Police Academy. Both tiers were chocolate cake and butter cream filling. The hat and Glock 22 gun were made with rkt, covered in modeling chocolate and then black fondant. All other elements were made with colored fondant. I covered the brim and the band of the hat with a light coating of vegetable oil to make it shiny!
