I have taken the plunge into the world of structure. I LOVE it! ha ha This is my first proper structured cake. She stands at 25 inches tall. Arms and legs are rice crispy treats and the head and body is cake. I was worry about delivering the cake but she enjoyed the drive to the venue and enjoyed looking out the rear window en-route. I can see that I would enjoy making this style cake again. Hope you love her as much as I do xx
