6" tall Carrot Cake with orange zest buttercream. The customer had worn a teal coloured hat to her daughters recent wedding. Her daughter asked me to make this cake as a surprise. I love this colour! It was also my first attempt at a large rose – have always been a little scared of making roses for some reason!
