Bottom tier is 8 × 8 strawberry cake with strawberry cream cheese filling that is covered in white chocolate ganache and panel wrapped in a mix of fondant and modeling chocolate. Top tier is 6 × 5 Oreo cake with Oreo cream cheese filling that was also covered in white chocolate ganache and panel wrapped in a mix of fondant and modeling chocolate.
