My most recent cake….made for the “graduation” party of the class that my youngest child is in. The teachers requested a “music themed” cake, because the scholarship program this year was focused on music. I had a lot of fun creating and doing this project! Fondant covered with wafer paper for the first layer. Fondant with wafer paper “plaques” for the colored names of all 25 kids in the second layer. The blond boy with blue eyes? My sweet Alessio! Congratulations my love, the next school year you’ll start a new adventure!!
