A birthday cake for a young banker, modeled after his favorite book on the Federal Reserve. It was a two-layer Lemon Meringue cake with Lemon Meringue buttercream. All details were hand-cut in fondant. I created small royal icing stamps for the author’s name and the book subtitle that I later backfilled with another coat of royal icing.
