Pink and white roses were requested for this 60th Anniversary cake and a pink theme, echoing the bride’s colour scheme the day she married. This is the first time I have made an ‘arrangement’ for a cake!

Aw – thank you Karen – Only the second time I have ever made roses and the first ones were wired, so this was totally different approach, and yes, it did take some patience to get all that lettering even and straight – I thought the customer was going to ask me to write an essay – it felt like it when using the Tappits!
