This is the birthday cake I made for my grandson’s 3rd birthday – it was a white cake infused with an almond simple syrup. The Disney letters were made out of Royal Icing – freehand. I looked everywhere for a set of Disney font letters to no avail – so I did them myself…

It was a fun cake and to add a little more excitement, I added sparklers on the side of the cake when we sang happy birthday. I hope you like it.
