This cake is a chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and covered in fondant. 30cm square x 10cm deep. I decided to stand cake up on its side instead of down flat to showcase the freehand painted topper with various wild animals. Also added wavy sunset scene on top. The second photo it progress shots of the animals drawn in black and grey and then a shot of colour added to them then the last one is with background. I must say I was not happy with it when the background was added, I think it looked better without it, but too late once I did it. :-(
I made it for me just because I’ve have always love wild things!
