Fathers Day cake I made away from home. Used Laura Loukaides and MyCakeswithLove tutorials. Planned to make it on Saturday but hubby surprising the girls tonite here at the beach so had to make it lickitysplit and find a place to hide it. Wishing the layers weren’t so flat in spots but didn’t have time for the fondant to dry in between layers – that would be my tip for future caker’s – do 2-3 layers at a time, plump up some of the layers to let them dry before going on! Hope it works out better for you!
