Made for a retiree from the Norfolk Southern Railroad after 33 years. 3 flavors/layers – white, strawberry, & chocolate…Neapolitan:). The train (Norfolk Southern) was carved from RKT (13″×6″×9″) and covered with black fondant. the RR ties are RKT covered with modeling chocolate and the rocks are candy-coated chocolate. I spent a lot of time making sure all the details were as authentic as possible. TFL!
