This is my most favourite cake to date – it is for my 2nd cousin who was christened a couple of weekends ago.

The cake is strawberries and cream (SMBC), covered in white chocolate ganache and then covered in Fondant.

I recently took the sugar flowers class that Jacqueline Butler has on Craftsy and it is wonderful – I couldn’t have managed this cake without it – but now I am HOOKED on flower making – it takes ages, but it’s so worth it.
