A gluten and dairy free carrot cake topped with a fondant Willow Tree figurine I hand made for my friend. I could have purchased an original Willow Tree figurine and used that, but I wanted to create something special and unique that came from my heart to let my dear friend know how much she means to me. The figurine is gum paste with gold wire used for the angel wings. Each side of the cake had a different word I thought about her with the most important statement that she is a survivor.
