how did u make the sword?

Amber, I printed a template using a picture I found online then outlined it on wax paper, I added tylose and rolled my fondant out thin then placed the wax paper over it and traced the outline of the sword with a fondant tool (the pen shaped one) then cut it out with an exacto knife. I used a square plunger cutter for the little squares and placed them onto the sword, they fit almost perfectly I just had to trim a few :)

I almost forgot, that I added a skewer though the sword so I could insert it into the cake

Sure, I add a lot of tylose to my fondant so that it gets firm enough to stand, I make holes in the board and add tooth picks to stand up the letters :)
