This was a small cake for a client who wanted to give my cakes a try so I decided to try the petal effect for the first time. I had trouble with my buttercream being full of air bubbles :/ but I don’t think they completely ruined the effect. Topped with a ;arge purple fondant fantasy flower. Thank you for looking!
