Made this cake for my grandson’s graduation from Temple University in Philadelphia. Italian cream cake with buttercream icing. The Temple “T” was pieced together in gumpaste on a red sugar sheet background. I thought the “T” was going to be easy. It was a challenge! It was like putting a puzzle together, but i finally did it, not perfect but I was pleased with it. My grandson and his girlfriend, who also graduated from Temple, loved it.
