I think I have slowly fallen in love with gold! Basically anything gold! When I was asked to create this cake, I was super excited cos I have totally freeway to this cake! From ruffles to gold to sugar flowers…. they are all my love! Top tier was painted randomly in old gold and it does give a rustic look to this cake and what’s important, the couple couldn’t help smiling when they see this cake and thank me for creating this special piece of rustic love for their 50th wedding anniversary!
