The power of the airbrush is demonstrated perfectly with this piece. I love the use of colour, nothing is more vibrant than tropical waters . This is really a portrait of icing. I made the image in white fondant icing , modelled the turtle , fish and coral. No moulds used. Than I airbrushed it.
