She has flaws & there is room for much improvement but I am very pleased with how she turned out & it was amazing fun challenging myself to step out of my box of norm. NOT your typical Icing Smiles cake – but I was honored to make another birthday cake for my very 1st Icing Smiles Kiddo, just two months after she finally got her kidney transplant! <3

Love this! You did a great job with it. I just did my first Icing Smiles cake too for a 5 year old with Neuroblastoma. Love the purpose of Icing Smiles!
