Four tier cake in fruit, lemon, chocolate fudge and vanilla raspberry delivered this weekend. 4 flavours, two types of chocolate ganache, three flaours of buttercream and two different syrups. This cake was so heavy to carry, each tier was roughly 5.5" tall. Im in need of a delivery guy for sure.
The cake is ivory with white sugar lace detail and sugar roses although it looks quite dark in the pictures, we’ve had a week of very gloomy rainy days and very little natural light.
