I had such fun making a castle for the first time ever. It is my second ever 2 tier cake even! I am quite pleased with myself :) The clean lines I got after taking my time ganaching and smoothing meant i didn’t have much of anything to hide and I could keep my original plan of not covering it with snowflakes. yeah me!
