The birthday girl wanted a white chocolate cheese cake with strawberry topping; but she also wanted a lighthouse on it. This is the only design I could come up with to satisfy all her wishes:) Lighthouse is made from RKT covered with fondant; it has a battery operated LED light that actually lights up. The water/ocean is blue piping gel and buttercream waves and chocolate rocks along the shoreline (also made of RKT covered with brown/green swirled fondant). Graham cracker ‘sand’. TFL!
