Made for my daughters 2nd birthday party and birthday. Two tiers (one used on her party and one remaining for her actual birthday on Tuesday).
She loves princesses and Sofia the 1st.
I enjoy making butterflies so surrounded Sofia with a butterfly bed. Small fantasy flowers, hearts, no. 2 cutouts and stripes finished the bottom tier and the top tier had a fantasy castle in fondant added to the perimeter of the cake.

2 tall sponges, one purple and plain striped lemon and vanilla sponge with lemon curd and vanilla smb and one blueberry and vanilla sponge with wild blueberry conserve and vanilla smb, both covered in fondant and decorated with fondant decoration.

Sofia the 1st made of coloured fondant with handpainted components and royal icing.
