8" Chocolate Mint Cake with mint buttercream. Chocolate ganache topping with mints on top. I still have a hard time with ganache. I wait for it to cool a bit so it doesn’t melt the buttercream but then it is too thick to drip nicely over the edge of the cake. If anyone has any tips I’d really appreciate you sharing them with me!
