It was my PME Royal Icing course project, my first experience with breakable and messy royal icing…. It happened that the last day of the course was our anniversary so I personalised the cake by putting our initials on the board. My husband and our girls loved it!
It’s far from perfect, the dots are not really something to be proud of, but I love this cake. It has emotional value for me :)

Thanks a lot! Although I’m still ashamed of my dots, they look like mini meringues : ):) It was my first time playing with Royal Icing…. I believe it takes a lot of practice to master it….
