I had an absolute nightmare with this cake I was almost in tears! The temperature was almost hitting high into 26 and the cake was sweating the icing became so soft I had difficulty in covering. But I’m glad my effort into making the stargazer flowers was paid off!! Once the flowers were added the cake was coming along well. I have another 3 tier wedding cake to complete for tmrw evening and I’m going insane again!! In the mean time enjoy viewing this cake!!! X
