While I love the amazing products out now with Cake Lace and Flexi Paste, there is nothing more rewarding and therapeutic for me than piping with royal icing! It is fascinating the strength it has while still being fragile….. I know that’s a contradiction, but I’m sure those of you how have worked with it know what I mean :)

Wow! Thats a really great looking cake. I love the idea, you could also do it in chocolate. I’m a big fan of piping too!!
