A standing lego Emmet cake, I had 24 hours notice to make this cake as the customer had been let down, I had to build the structure and bake the cake that evening and put it all together the next day. Honestly I really wish I’d had more time as I can see so much that I could have done better and then there’s the 5 minutes I had to take a picture using my light box (sigh). Hopefully I’ll get another chance to make one again some day :-)
