Eagle Birthday cake

This was my very first attempt at a 3D Eagle topper.. learned some new tricks and some things NOT to do..lol
Eagle was made from Rice crispy treats and modeling chocolate then hand painted.
Top tier was Vanilla cake with lemon curd, Middle tier vanilla cake with strawberry filling, bottom tier was vanilla/almond with buttercream filling.

Thanks.. The birthday guy didn’t even get a slice of his own cake. The rest of the soldiers in his unit ate it all up..lol
