A last minute birthday cake for a friend.

Chocolate & Vanilla Sponge and Ganache with milk and white chocolate shavings and shards, Malteasers and chocolate stars.
A new recipe for me and using ganache to cover the cake, surprised how easy to use. Will be making more of these as very quick to make (baking time longer than anything else) and great comments on taste so worthwhile keeping a note of this recipe. (A Mary Berry recipe with a vanilla twist).
