For the last few years, my dear friend has a Texas/OSU football party. This year I decided to make a helmet. This was my first, and I have to admit that if it wasn’t for my husband, I would still be trying to get the fondant on there! He’s in construction and is always a big help. After all, we are constructing! I stacked the cakes, then carved the shape. I made a construction paper form to make the grill around. I was lucky it fit! I used MMF to cover the cake and gum paste for the grill.
