An 8 inch well fed fruit cake Anniversary Cake. The customer requested a similar design to a previous wedding cake I have made but I could add extra details as I wished. I piped the filigree style design which proved to be rather difficult as I have a recurring issue with my dominant wrist and it was completely strapped up at the time! It certainly made the piping rather interesting! The roses are handmade from fondant.
