Like many other families, Frozen is huge in our house! And as much as I hate to admit it, I’m just as obsessed with it. I’ve been brainstorming a cake ever since I first saw the movie. The colors, the snow and the way Elsa’s gift was portrayed have been a huge source of inspiration. So when I had the opportunity to attend a fundraiser/networking event at my son’s preschool, I knew just what I wanted to create for the event. The crown was created from fondant/gum paste. Olaf was more difficult to create than he appears! He is also made from fondant. The snowflakes are fondant and modeling chocolate. This is by far one of my most favorite cakes and was a huge hit at the event! Thanks for looking!
