American Bison Cake Topper

This American Bison cake topper is made out of RKT and modeling chocolate, with fondant mixed with gum paste horns. It’s about 6" long, and 5" high. It’s the first cake sculpture I’ve ever done!

thank you :) I am a sculptor, but have no clay at the moment so thought I would teach myself how to sculpt with chocolate (and RKT!) It’s fun to be able to eat your work! Does anyone know if this sort of thing is marketable? I’d love to do some more and sell them, but not sure how to go about that…
