Made this 4 Tier Topsy Turvy Sonic The Hedgehog 5th Birthday Cake March 22, 2014. The cakes starting from the top, vanilla cake w/buttercream frosting, chocolate cake w/chocolate buttercream frosting, strawberry cake w/strawberry buttercream frosting and vanilla cake w/buttercream frosting. Cakes covered in fondant with fondant decorations. I added some more decorative touches to the top tier when I got to the location, I had to take the top tier off to transport it and forgot to take pictures when I got to the location. Also, the Sonic didn’t go with the cake it was just there for pictures to show it was a Sonic cake.

This cake really tested me, I mean really tested me and that is all I will say, lol. But it came out pretty cool, I was just glad it made it to the location in one piece and the customer loved it!!
