Scooby Doo (made with Rice Crispies treats and modeling chocolate) seems to suspect there is a ghost behind the Mystery Machine! This Mystery Machine cake is carved from chocolate cake with Reece’s Peanut Buttercream and covered in ganache and fondant. This was for a little girl’s 3rd birthday. I made the ghost purple so it wouldn’t seem too scary.
