I was called to action this week from Baking a Smile (Uk version of Icing smiles)
The little boy had requested a Mario cake with matching cupcakes.
The main cake is cherry bakewell flavour, and the cupcakes blueberry ripple.
Such an enjoyable experience, and was so honoured to have been asked to bake for them :-)
