A two tier chocolate shard cake with modelling chocolate roses and chocolate curls to finish. Cake flavours were, Bottom cake – Caramel Mud Cake with a salted caramel buttercream filling and top cake a red velvet white chocolate cake with a flavoured cream cheese buttercream filling.
