This cake was hand cut and painted for a sweet 1 year old’s birthday. Chocolate fudge cake with raspberry mousse filling, covered in Minnie pink fondant. Minnie Mouse ears and bow are handcrafted gumpaste toppers, all polka dots are fondant. Lettering is fondant. Small Minnie Mouse heads stamped gumpaste.
