Now this is not going to be to everyone’s taste, but it was a technically challenging bake.
Eddie is made from modelling chocolate with fondant clothing, and I used the wax paper transfer method to make the individually designed buildings.
The hardest part was the lettering, cutting all that with a razor was somewhat time consuming, but the customers were thrilled!
It is nice to do a grown up cake that is less than elegant sometimes….
