When my client asked about some ideas on rose theme cake for her Mom’s 50th birthday I suggested her couple of designs… She came back n said that she want cake itself to be a rose…I was like really? you are kidding Right? :D I mean I love making roses but never made this big…1.5 kg cake as rose…I must admit I was bit nervous initially but I am glad I tried it…Very happy to see the final outcome :)
