This was a 5 tier wedding cake which the customer provided me the design with. He was adamant it had to be 5 single tiered. Despite several attempts of convincing the customer to have the whole cake tiered stacked but it was a NO all the way. There was so much potential with this design. Anyways I was happy to carry on and listen to what my customer requires. So, the cake : it was 5 5" tall single tiered with white chocolate buttercream and rasberry filling. All sugar flowers are handmade..I was so nervous with this cake as I promised to photograph it at the venue and bit from home. So thus is what the photograph looks like. See! That’s why I prefer plain white backgrounds! Oh well enjoy xx
